1701 srl – Dosaggio Zero – 2011

Bright straw colour with a light golden hue and vivid fine bubbles. The nose offers a hint of smoke with melted butter, roasted nuts and ripe stone fruit. The palate has nice density and freshness with an approaching complexity, nutty with roasted hints, butter and pastry with fresh yellow fruit and candied citrus, and a long and lingering finish. Nice maturity and drinkability.
