1701 srl – Dosaggio Zero – NV

Bright light golden colour. Vivid young mousse. Ripe citrus with peach and yellow fruit notes, some fresh butter and brioche aromas. Bone dry palate, good freshness and bite, keeps together well with juicy yellow fruit notes, creamy mid palate and rather long persistency. Still youthful but enjoyable.
