1701 srl – Dosaggio Zero Rosé – NV

Rather pale copper hue with a vivid mousse. Pure and fruity nose with plum, red berries and gingerbread spice. The palate is bone dry with a fresh backbone, youthful fruit, restrained with a gentle creaminess and a fairly long finish.
