Aaldering Vineyards & Wines – Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot – 2007

Medium deep, ruby red; the nose is fairly Bordeaux like with notes of blackcurrant, leather, tobacco and fine oak; the palate is full and structured; however, starting to soften with attractive development, some complex notes and well melted tannin, elegant fruit and a very good length - a lovely, classic style.
