Aaldering Vineyards & Wines – Luxury Aaldering – 2007

Medium dense ruby red core with an aged rim. The nose is mature and complex with evolution. We found some spicy and leathery notes, dried fruit like plum, cherry, walnut and some dried meat. The palate is full with a settled texture, quite a lot of extract but rounded and integrated like sweet dried fruit, with vanilla, clove and meat on the long finish. It is a complex and mature example ready to drink.
