Youthful pale straw colour with vivid mousse. Ripe nose with white fleshed fruit like pear, apple, citrus some fresh butter and autolytic notes. The palate is rather broad and mouth filling with a creamy mousse, mellow acidity yet bone dry and biting giving a good sense of freshness, and a rather long and persistent finish.
