Dense dark purple core. Pure and fragrant nose offering ripe dark cherry, cassis, violet and fine oak. The palate is dense and ripe, yet with a good notion of freshness, grainy tannin, savoury dark fruit flavours with an herbal spiciness, some tobacco notes and a long lingering finish.
