Bright light golden colour with vivid small bubbles. Pure nose offering chalky notes, lemongrass, fresh herbs, chamomile and white fleshed fruit with some notes of toasted almond. Good grip on the palate, medium weight with a finely creamy texture balanced by a bright acidity, youthul fruit flavours like pear, white peach and some lees derived pastry notes with fine purity and a long fresh finish.
