Bright medium deep golden colour with small and vivid bubbles. Pure nose with a fine intensity, displaying some maturity and autolytic notes with brioche, fresh butter, crushed chalk, ripe yellow fruit and roasted nuts. The palate shows good bite and intensity with fine volume, bone dry with a crisp backbone of acidity, a mellow creaminess with fine bubbles, some nutty and finely spicy notes lead to a long vinous finish.
