Light golden colour with a copper hue and an energetic mousseux. Layered nose with red berries, pear, ripe citrus and pain d’épices. Good grip on the palate, rather full and flavour intense with ripe pinot flavours of raspberry, plum and spicy notes, good grip and freshness with an approaching complexity and autolys followed by a long grippy finish.
