Bright light golden colour with a vivid mousse. Nuanced nose, there´s fresh butter, brioche, some floral notes, yellow fruit and a slight toastiness. The palate has medium weight, the caramel, toast is quite present, mild acidity and creaminess with a slight bitterness and a medium long finish. Nice nose but the palate felt a bit closed and tight.
