Bright light golden with a copper hue and creamy young mousse. Pure nose, rather pinot dominated with plum and red berries paired with pain d´épice and some lees derived pastry and nutty notes. A vinous palate with good grip, fine extract (mild tannin) and a fresh acidity with classic dosage level, mild creaminess and fine length.
