Inky dark purple colour. The nose offers new oak, roasted notes, almond, cherry and dark plum. Dense palate, still youthful with rich extract, ripe dark fruit, roasted oak notes, dry spices, some herbal notes and smoked pepper. Rather long but still on the tannic side.
