Light to medium ruby colour with fine vivid bubbles. Aromatic nose, fresh red berries, some grapey notes, sweet spices, ginger and clove. The palate is sweet with a balanced acidity, a creamy palate, pleasant fruit with a fine spiciness and a rather long finish.
