Israel,
Galilée,
Red wine that looks pretty mature towards the rim there, with a slightly tawny nuance, but the centre is still very deep ruby almost impenetrable. The nose is mature and complex. It shows a mature notes almost a dried fruit, like prunes, figs, some dates. With soem spicy notes I would go for some sweet pepper, like black pepper, some vanilla as well. The impression follows through on the palate, really high level of ripeness, it really feels like a hot climate there, with the ripe fruit. I think this is another one that is well balanced by the presence of tannin that gives a nice freshness. Then we have those spicy notes like cove, vanilla. Some dried fruity notes on the finish; like prune, fig and dates. Quite long and warm on the finish. A wine I deem to be perfectly drinkability today, might last and develop for another few years, but has certainly reached the first stage of maturity in terms of aromatic development and complexity.
