Light golden colour with a copper hue and fine vivid bubbles. Pure nose with darker fruit/Pinot notes of red currant, cherry, plum and pain d’épices. Good bite and extract on the palate, a fresh backbone with quite ripe sweet fruit, plum and quince flavours with a mild creaminess and good length.
