Vivid fine bubbles and straw colour with a copper hue. Pure and generous nose offering pinot aromas of red berries, plum, ginger, clove and crushed nuts. The palate is finely balanced between bold and nutty fruit flavours, a crisp acidity and fairly low dosage, unctuous pinot flavours without oxidation, mildly spicy with a fine length. Good weight and tension.
