Light ruby colour with a vivid faomy mousse. The nose is reminiscent of a red burgundy with raspberry, cherry, ginger, clove and nutty spiciness. The palate is bold and structured with a fine tannic backbone, sweet red fruit flavours yet remaining dry with a low dosage, long and powerful finish, far froma a classic elegant champagne but well made for its style.
