Light golden colour with a copper hue and fine vivid bubbles. Rather pinot-driven nose of plum, sweet red berries, allspice, clove and some pastry notes. Bone dry and salivating palate, nice layers of red fruit, spicy and vigorous with a rounded creaminess, some mature autolytic notes and a long crisp finish.
