Pale ruby red colour. Aromas of chestnut, ginger, clove and fresh red berries. The palate shows medium weight sweet red fruit and crushed raspberry flavours, finely spicy with a fresh acidity underneath, still a slightly youthful restraint but good material - ripe taannins with nice texture and length.
