Bright light golden colour with a mellow mousse. Vinous nose with a slight oak presence displaying white flower, ripe citrus, chalk, raspberry and pastry notes. The palate shows layers and some maturity, yet with very good tension and a crisp acidity, balanced oak, non oxidative style with ripe peach, candied citrus and pastry flavours, feels like a classic dosage but with the crisp acidity a bit drier in the positive sense, harmonious with good drinkability and very long finish.
