Pale golden colour with a vivid young mousse. The nose shows some autolytic notes, fresh butter, brioche, nougat with ripe yellow fruit. Good grip and vinosity on the palate, fine balance between dosage/acidity with juicy stone fruit flavours, a mild creaminess and fine length.
