France,
Languedoc Roussillon,
Rosé, very pale rosé colour, with a light touch of onion skin. Youthful nose, still has a whiff of fresh grapes just coming out of the press. Some floral notes, hints of chamomile and some strawberry. Palate has a good freshness, it’s a lighter style with high acidity, classically bone-dry. It’s a young wine, we still have some CO2 in there, which gives a good lift on the palate. Good bite, some zesty notes on the finish, lemon, pink grapefruit. Nice and light, in a friendly and uncomplicated style.
