Allouchery Bailly – Chœur de Pinot – 2012

Champagne
MEDAILLE-TASTED-88-2024
France,
Champagne,
Light golden colour with a copper hue and young creamy mousseux. Generous nose offering plum, pear, red berries and citrus, more Pinot it seems. The palate is youthful and fresh, a mild creaminess, crushed plum and red berry notes with a mild spiciness of clove and ginger. Rather long but still young finish.
