France,
Champagne,
Pale straw colour with a pink hue and youthful mousse. Perfumed nose, rather Pinot-driven with ripe plum, red berries and pear with some hazelnut notes. The palate has medium weight, slightly sweet yet with a fresh vibe of acidity, generous fruit, crushed plum notes, and a creamy backbone. Still youthful but generous with a rather long rounded finish.
