Light golden colour with rather fine bubbles. Rich and expressive nose showing some maturity and autolytic notes, fresh butter and pastry with rather tropical yellow fruit and almond paste. The palate is rather full with a creamy texture, some aged complexity, rather ripe with a rounded acidity and a fairly long finish with a slight bitterness.
