Intense dark purple colour. Slightly "alternative" nose with meaty, gamey, wild yeast derived notes, sweet dark berries. Rather full palate with a soft texture, fresh acidity, notes of crushed berries, mild spices and a soft, slightly sweet finish. A more natural style with softness and drinkability.
