Bright straw colour with a light golden hue and mild creamy mousse. Pure nose, some chalky notes, ripe stone fruit, peach, citrus and lemongrass with a slight hint of patisserie. Distinctly bone dry palate with a crisp acidity, creamy and soft mousse, crushed peach and citrus notes with a long and salivating finish.
