Rather dark ruby, purple core. High ripeness and dark fruit, slightly balsamic with notes of wild herbs and black pepper. The palate is full and chewy with some meaty and smoky notes, rounded texture but plenty of extract, again some balsamic, volatile notes but overall balanced with long peppery finish and nice dark fruit.
