Intense dark inky colour. Youthful nose with a slight hint of oak, ripe dark fruit like prune, cassis, pepper and bouquet garni. Very dense and concentrated palate, high extract and tannin but no hard edges, pure dark fruit notes with a fine herbal spiciness and integrated oak, and a very long and grippy finish. Ambitious and age worthy, still youthful though needing to age another few years.
