Bright light golden colour and hue. Pure, flinty and aromatic with fresh currants, herbs, lemongrass, lime and gentle toast (more reduction than oak). The palate is crisp and mouth-watering with a great sensation of freshness, nice layers with ripe citrus and pale stone fruit flavours leading to a long, stony and salivating finish.
