Bright light golden colour. Pure and aromatic with some flinty notes, fresh currants, wild herbs, lemongrass, lime and some floral hints. The palate shows good bite, purity and freshness, a mild extract adds lift and freshness, primary young fruit flavours with crushed currant, apple and lemongrass notes leading to a long finish.
