Sparkling wine it is, with a quite intense youthful mousse, almost like a foam, with a light straw colour with a green tinge - so very youthful. Fresh nose, clean, with notes of almond, citrus, green apple; some herbal notes as well, and a slight hint of fresh grapes actually. The palate is light, with a slight hint of sweetness; there’s a very grapey sensation, so very primary fruit, youthful, like crushed apple, crushed grapes, lemon zest; quite intense mousse almostfoamy on the palate, with balanced acidity, freshness, and a quite light finish.
