Angel’s Estate – Stallion – 2011

Dark ruby purple colour. Nice purity of fruit, dark cherry, cassis and fine oak. The palate is dense and vigorous with plenty of ripe fruit, rather firm backbone, young tannin needs to soften but nicely balanced with nice fruit and a rather long finish.
