Bright straw colour with a copper hue. Stony and flinty nose with discreet young fruit, rather citrusy than fruity with lemongrass, lime and ginger notes. Very nice austere bite and mouth watering sensation with fine extract, discreet fruit flavours and vivid zesty flavours very fine tension and length with an almost salty finish. An excellent wine to show anyone not understanding the term mineral or stony.
