It is a quite youthful appearance, pale colour. With a fine mousse of small bubbles. Quite discreet nose a first. Also appearing youthful with a slight floral hint. A whiff of lemon and lime zest. Youthful fruit such as green apple, pear. The palate is pleasantly light and fresh. Good zest and crispiness there. Well balanced by a gently creamy mouse on the mid-palate. Still appearing youthful, but could really be enjoyed for it freshness. With youthful fruit such as green apple, pear and some zesty notes on the finish.
