Intense dark purple colour. Intense nose as well rather lavish oak but fine quality and not obtrusive, layers of dark fruit like cassis, cherry, blackberry and plum with a full body, ample structure, youthful and tannin but still nicely carved and polished with a fresh backbone, lush fruit and good length. Youthful and ambitious with a need of another 2-3 years in the cellar.
