Dense dark core with a ruby rim. Layered nose with some evolution, tobacco, fine spices, cedar wood, and red and dark berries with fine oak. Good grip on the palate, medium weight with dense fruit, grainy tannin, savoury dark fruit like cassis and tobacco flavour, polished yet with plenty of tannin and a long lingering finish.
