Deep, golden colour; attractive ripe, bold and opulent nose of tropical fruit, apricot, honey, gingerbread and autolytic notes; the palate is medium bodied with high acidity, yet with plenty of development as I noticed a certain expression of nutty, Sherry like notes with good length - however, difficult to predict its evolution.
