Medium deep golden colour with a copper hue and fine vivid bubbles. Intense nose offering ripe fruit, windfall, more on the pinot side with red berries, plum and pain d’épices. The palate is bone dry rather Extra Brut with a fresh and biting acidity, youthful fruit, crushed berries and some nougat flavours with a gentle citrus bitterness and good length.
