Dense dark purple core. Youthful nose, ripe dark fruit, cassis, cherry, sage and mint with discreet wood and tobacco notes. The palate is full bodied and dense, still on the firm side with high extract but dense fruit and a long warm finish. A potent wine needing another few years to come together.
