Pale straw colour with a green hue. Appearing quite youthful with a slight presence of CO2. The nose is quite floral with some wild herbs. There is citrus and quite young fruit. There is a slight hint of minerality there, with white fleshed fruit like green apple and pear. Palate is rather medium bodied. There is a good grip there. There is some extract, a slight hint of grape skin. Finely integrated tannin or bitterness, I would say. So really zesty on the palate with bright freshness and pure fruit. Absence of oak. There is a slight nuttiness on the finish in the direction of fresh almond. Finish is quite long. I like that grip we get from that extract or from that tannic sensation I would say. Good.
