Pale straw colour with a green hue. Youthful and pure nose offering crushed apple, pear with wild herbs, lime zest and dry spices. Medium weight with fine extract/mild bitterness giving lift, citrus zest and lemongrass flavours with young white fleshed fruita bright acidity and fine length.
