Medium deep straw colour. Generous nose offering almonds, marzipan, yellow pear, and citrus notes. The palate shows a rather broad structure but is balanced by a fine level of acidity, nutty young fruit flavours, fine extract giving lift, no noticeable oak (perhaps larger casks or used oak), slight creaminess, fresh butter and fine length.
