Dark ruby colour with a lighter rim. Intense and perfumed nose with floral violet notes, kirsch, sweet plum, cinnamon, clove and some roasted oak. The palate is dense and vigorous with ripe dark fruit, structured, yet with mild tannin, well-integrated oak adding some spice and layers with a long and warm finish. Really good.
