Aromo – Winemaker’s Selection Cabernet Sauvignon Syrah – 2013

Still an inky dark core but some evolution on the rim. Spicy and meaty nose with sweet dark fruit, cassis, plum and black pepper notes. The palate is dense and full, still with some new oak and roasted flavours, quite high tannin, just starting to soften it feels, peppery dark fruit and cassis notes with a long and warm finish. A muscular and bold wine that could still soften and improve.
