Light golden colour with rather fine bubbles. Intense nose of butter, roasted nuts, fresh bread, yellow fruit and a hint of oak. Fresh palate with rather ripe fruit, roasted notes, nicely integrated mousse, rather dry with a vivid freshness, some complex roasted notes, good substance and length.
