Aspasie – Brut Millésime – 2010

Light golden colour with a youthful and intense mousse. Perfumed nose offering saffron, floral hints, yellow fruit and citrus zest. The palate is youthful, good density, bone dry towards Extra Brut it feels with a nutty spiciness, fresh acidity, youthful creaminess and a quite long, fresh finish. Still a bit youthful and austere but good material for ageing.
