Bright light golden with a light green hue. Pure and aromatic offering crushed peach, pear, citrus zest, saffron and dry spice. The palate is on the fuller side, with ripe, somewhat exotic fruit ; fresh but rounded acidity, with mild extract/fine tannin giving lift ; a hint of oak and toast emerges on the palate. Flavours of crushed white pepper, peach, and pear lead to a long finish.
