Intense dark purple colour. Roasted, smoky and spicy nose with layers of ripe dark berries, liquorice, smoked meat and crème de cassis. Very powerful palate, concentrated with layers of inky dark fruit with a meaty spiciness, still youthful but good extraction with ripe tannin, a fine toast, really opulent with a long and fleshy finish. Balanced in a bold and powerful style.
